What happens at the first meeting with SecureASale?

Once a meeting time to suit you has been arranged, a SecureASale director will personally visit your home. It works in exactly the same way as getting a valuation from an estate agent.

Our directors will look at the property both inside and out. After the viewing, we will contact you within 24 hours with a formal offer to buy your home quickly.

Does a SecureASale offer expire?

SecureASale offers are valid for seven days. If, after this period has lapsed you are still interested in our cash homebuying service, SecureASale can make a new offer, normally without the need for another home visit.

Why does SecureASale only cover certain areas of London?

By concentrating on a small section of London, known intimately by our company directors, SecureASale is able to run a far more personal and proficient service.

Is the first offer SecureASale makes the only offer?

Our offers are all based upon real market data and reflect the most we can offer at a given time so unfortunately we are not able to negotiate our offers

Once I accept a SecureASale offer, is the sale guaranteed?

Yes, we keep to our word and the price we say is the price we pay. Our offers are subject only to structural reports and verification of the information you have given us.

What if I want to use my own solicitor?

We offer to contribute £500 towards your solicitor fees. Alternatively, if you choose a London-based solicitor from our recommended panel, then we cover the entire cost.

Does SecureASale always make an offer on every property?

As long as the property is in an area of London that we cover and is conventionally brick-built and low-rise then yes, we guarantee to make an offer for your home.

Are there any risks involved?

No, we take on all the risk when we buy your property for cash.

Can I change my mind after I have accepted an offer from SecureASale?

Yes, you are free to change your mind at any time until the contracts are exchanged

Are there any other fees?

None whatsoever. SecureASale prides itself on being a completely transparent service. We pay you, not the other way round.
